Get to know me
Hi! I see you’ve moved to my About section, I’m glad you want to know more. So, let me introduce myself properly.
My name is Laila and I am a Communication Specialist with a background in HR Operations and an excitement for Digital Marketing & Branding.
As you may already know, I am passionate about creating memorable stories, adding value to brands and building long-lasting relationships, both with clients and employees. At the end of the day, employees are the most valuable customers of the company.
To achieve these goals I am using my experience in Internal Communication and Employee Relations together with copywriting skills and a knowledge in Business Operations, SEO, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
I’ve studied Business Psychology at University and recently completed Masters in Digital Marketing provided by MAX Business School, which allows me to bring my copywriting skills to a whole new level. Combined with my previous experience in HR Operations, Internal Communication, Change Management, and Project Management it creates a powerful skillset that can be beneficial for developing any business.

Digital Marketing Expertise
When it comes to Digital Marketing, my goal is to stay versatile. Currently I have knowledge in Copywriting, SEO, Email Marketing, Google Analytics & Google Ads, and Social Media Management .
Mostly everything I know about SEO practices comes from my Masters program at MAX Business School. I also completed SEO Strategy course provided by Semrush Academy. In addition, I’ve found plenty of useful information on Search Engine Journal and on pages of leading SEO experts like Neil Patel and Brian Dean. By the way, I believe, that even when you are an expert, it is always a good idea to learn from others.
My knowledge in Google Analytics & Google Ads comes from Google Academy and is confirmed by Google’s Certificates, which can be found on my homepage.
When it comes to Copywriting, it’s a different story. For several years I’ve worked with various small businesses as a freelancer, helping them with all sorts of texts: posts for social media, websites, product descriptions etc. I’ve also worked as a Copywriter for an online store for two years. Writing has been my passion since teenage years and I’ve always found it both calming and satisfying to express myself in a written form. Working with texts brings me joy and I would say it is something that comes natural for me. And in my experience, writing is something that can’t be taught really, you either have it in you or you don’t.
