The way I see it, those two compliment each other and together brings more valuable results to every company.
Both, HR and Marketing, requires strategic approach, analytical mindset and creative thinking. Both can be equally challenging and complex, and both are important, if you want your business to succeed.

HR & Internal Communication
HR is a complex solution, which consists of different aspects: Operations, Administration, Employee Relations, Change Management etc. Internal Communication on the other hand is more like a cross-function, a combination of both, HR and Marketing. My experience allows me to focus on any of those accepts both, separately and all together.
